Orton-Gillingham Approach to Sentence DIctation

In each Orton-Gillingham lesson, students are required to write 2-3 sentences that are dictated to them by the teacher. These include the new skill they are learning and also all concepts that they have already mastered. I make it really easy here for the kids to recall the sentences by helping them through the memorization process by putting dashes on a whiteboard first for each word in the sentence.
