Pride’s reading program, based on Orton-Gillingham research, is built around eight essential components:

Pride Reading Plus

4th Grade – Adult

Your child will work one-on-one with a Pride Reading Specialist.  Our multisensory reading program will direct your child through a series of lessons that are structured, systematic, cumulative and sequential.  Each lesson encompasses the skills of decoding, encoding, fluency and reading comprehension. Your child will become a strong and independent reader.

Pride Online

Ages 4 – Adult

Based on Orton-Gillingham methodology, Pride Reading Online allows for you or your child to access our research-based language development technology from your home.  This program is designed for students ages 4 – adult.  A Pride Reading Specialist will monitor you or your child’s progress weekly from one of our Learning Centers.

Pride Intensive 100

Ages 4 – Adult

The Pride Intensive 100 was created based on the latest research from Carnegie Mellon University Center for Cognitive Brain Imaging.  This study of dyslexic students and other poor readers, demonstrated that the brain could permanently rewire itself and help overcome reading deficits if students are given 100 hours of intensive remedial instruction.  The Pride Intensive 100 is our intensive 100-hour reading intervention program.  The typical Pride 100 student will attend a Pride Learning Center for 2-3 hours a day for 8-10 weeks.  With the Pride Intensive 100 you will see DRAMATIC RESULTS!
